SMS Terms & Conditions Jason and Christy Duff Ministries Inc. Effective: June 12, 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Jason and Christy Duff Ministries Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 1961 Cassia Road Apartment 300, Carlsbad, CA, US 92201. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. 1. Program Description When you opt in to the Program, you will receive recurring text messages from us, which may include: • Ministry updates, announcements, and news • Event invitations, service times, and reminders • Prayer requests and devotional content • Donation and giving opportunities, including requests for donations and links to make a donation in support of our ministry • Responses to your inquiries and customer care messages By participating in the Program, you understand and agree that we may communicate with you about collecting donations, and that messages may contain fundraising and giving-related content. 2. Donations Donations made in response to our messages are voluntary and are not a condition of participating in the Program or in any ministry activity. Donation payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not collect or store your full payment card or bank account information. Standard message and data rates apply to any messages sent or received in connection with making a donation. 3. Consent and Opt-In You will only receive messages if you have expressly opted in to the Program (for example, by submitting your phone number through our sign-up form or texting a keyword to our number). Consent to receive text messages, including donation-related messages, is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation in ministry activities. 4. Message Frequency Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on ministry activity and events. 5. Fees Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. 6. Opting Out You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time. 7. By opting in, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission. 11.
